1. CONSULTATION

Talk to our experienced counsellors to decide the program that suits your academic background, passion and career goal. We can recommend university/ institution that is suitable for your budget and lifestyle.

2. APPLY

Prepare all documents (passport, report card/ academic transcripts, evidence of English proficiency, portfolio, essay) and we will help you to submit your application to the right institution.

3. GET AN OFFER LETTER

The institution will assess your application, and provide you with an outcome.

4. ACCEPT & PAY

If you have met all conditions outlined in the Offer Letter, you can accept the offer and pay the tuition fee deposit to get COE (Confirmation of Enrolment).

5. APPLY STUDENT VISA

Get all the required documents ready (COE, OSHC, we need to put more types of required documents for Visa), do you Medical Check-Up, and let’s lodge your Student Visa through Superstar Education.

6. FLIGHT TICKET, ACCOMODATION, & AIRPORT PICK-UP

Once your Student Visa has been granted, you can safely book your flight ticket. We can also assist you with accommodation booking and airport pick-up arrangement as well.

7. PRE-DEPARTURE BRIEFING

Attend Pre-Departure Briefing to learn more about things that you must do, you can and cannot do, after you have arrived in your designated country. Our counsellors will provide you with some tips and advices about dealing with bank, obtaining TFN/ tax number, how to use public transport, where to find Indonesian supplies and products, and many more!

8. ARRIVE & START YOUR STUDY

It’s time to start your journey as an International Student! Superstar Education will still provide assistance even after you have arrived in your destination.
